DEFINITION OF PROBLEM

Moss is taking over my yard and there is no room for grass to grow. I cannot enjoy a nice sunny evening in my own yard.

INFORMATION

Day 1: placed all solutions on each slot at 5:0Day 2: not much color change but you can see the trail from both the dog urine and the vinegar. poured on at 7:00am and 5:00pm

Day 3: you can see the trails of the dog urine very clearly and slightly see the vinegar form the day before.

Day 4: see all lines from dog urine and some from vinegar

CONSTRAITS OR LIMITATIONS

I have only decided to take four days of data; becuase my dog really doesnt' appreciate me taking hre urine samples. Another constraint is that the weather might be just perfect or just wrong for the environment that the moss is growing in. Moss also grows better in different specific types of siold. My soil tends to be damp but is a little more clay like and that tends to not be the best environment for moss.

CRITERIA FOR A SUCCESS

My personal criteria is how much the color of the moss changes. A successful experiment would be that some of the moss reacts to the different solutions.
